Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 5–7 business days of receiving your order.

During sale periods, public holidays and peak seasons, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.
